Who will be looking after you
Who is on site during detox?
Licensed nursing staff around the clock with physician oversight, plus counselors and recovery support staff. Continuous nursing is the thing that separates medical detox from stopping on your own, and it is why admissions are answered at any hour.
How medically assisted detox worksWill a doctor see me?
Yes. A medical assessment on admission sets the withdrawal protocol, and physician oversight continues through the stay. The protocol is set by what you are withdrawing from, which is why the assessment comes before the plan.
Everything we detox fromCan I keep seeing my own doctor or therapist?
Where it helps, yes, and the team will coordinate with them if you ask and sign a release. Substance use records are covered by stricter federal rules than general medical records, so nothing is shared without your written consent.
Is staff available at night and on weekends?
Yes. Detox is staffed continuously, every day, and admissions is answered 24 hours a day. Withdrawal does not keep office hours.
How admission works, step by stepWho decides what happens after detox?
You do, with a recommendation from the clinical team based on the assessment. The referral into treatment or sober living is arranged before discharge rather than left as a list of numbers.
