Briarwood Detox Center — Step 10 worksheet
Step 10 worksheet — the daily inventory
Step 10 asks you to keep taking inventory as you go, and to put things right promptly rather than storing them up.
Steps 4 through 9 clear the backlog. Step 10 is what stops a new one forming. It is meant to be short — a nightly page you actually complete beats a thorough one you abandon by Friday.
Tonight
| Where was I resentful, afraid, dishonest, or self-seeking? | What was my part? | What do I owe, and to whom? |
|---|---|---|
The other half
A review that only records failures turns into a nightly punishment and gets dropped within two weeks.
What did I do well today?
Who did I help?
What am I grateful for that I would have missed a year ago?
Promptly
Is there an amends I need to make tomorrow? To whom, and what will I say?
Is there anything here I should tell my sponsor rather than carry?
